Our unique remanufacturing process includes dismantling each individual piece of exercise equipment. Once dismantled, every part is taken off and sand blasted. The parts are then heated to 1800 degrees to burn off any existing paint and then sand blasted again to remove any remnance of paint. The exercise equipment is then chemically etched with a proprietary material and powder coated. This process is repeated a second time.

This process then includes the exercise equipment to be reassembled by a certified factory trained technician that will thoroughly test all the functions of the exercise equipment. This will also include inspection or replacement of all electronic parts if necessary. Worn parts such as pulleys, cables, bearings and brushings are replaced with factory components. All pads are reupholstered using factory Naugahyde, stress relieving foam and double stitching.
